LinkedIn Learning provides admins with several options to customize learning reports while downloading them. These reports can be customized by filtering down to individual learners.
Here are some frequently asked questions about customizing admin reports by individual learners.
Log into Learning Management, then navigate to Reports in the Insights tab.
Select the report you’d like to customize and click
In the pop-up window that appears, scroll down to Filter to specific learners or groups.
Select Learners or Groups from the dropdown, then type the name of the learner whose data you’d like to populate in the report.
Click Download to access the report with the specific learner’s engagement data.
Yes. With this filter, you currently have the option to filter reports by groups or learners, and not both.
This feature is only available for downloadable CSV reports.

You can select based on the current active groups but the report data is based on group membership at the time of engagement for the following reports:
For Recommendation Summary and Recommendation Detail reports, you can select based on the current active groups, and the use the selected group to filter assignment data. The list of profiles associated with the group(s) is pulled (membership as of request time) and any engagement that they have had with the assigned content is reported irrespective of request time.
