Important to know

  • Admin Reporting is able to provide the most recent, accurate learner engagement data for up to one year before the current date, as this data is open to essential amendments and changes. For any reporting data beyond the past year, please understand we cannot ensure the accuracy of these metrics based on events that may have occurred at the time, as this data is no longer amendable.
  • Due to GDPR compliance requirements, we are unable to access information from other data sources that flow into reporting beyond one year. As a result, we are unable to make any informed amendments to historical engagement data beyond the past year.
