As a Learning admin, you can access analytics via the Activation tab for a high-level overview of how learners engage with LinkedIn Learning. You can access the summary report as it becomes available on the first day of each month. Total seats references the total number of available seats (as of the previous day) purchased through your Learning account.
Important to know
(a) Admin Reporting is able to provide the most recent, accurate learner engagement data for up to one year before the current date, as this data is open to essential amendments and changes. For any reporting data beyond the past year, please understand we cannot ensure the accuracy of these metrics based on events that may have occurred at the time, as this data is no longer amendable.
To access Learning analytics in the Activation tab:

From Learning Management, select Insights > Activation.

Review the Activation dashboard to see the following:
Activation highlights
The Activation highlights include an overview of activation across all learners - including total seats, total activated seats; and activation rate. For activation rate benchmarks, see the Learn more section below.

Total Seats: Indicates the total number of seats purchased through your LinkedIn Learning account.

Total activated seats: Indicates the total number of purchased seats that have been activated.

Activation rate: Indicates the percentage of purchased seats that have been activated.
Important to know
The activation rate on LinkedIn Admin Center reflects the most recent activation rate (as of the current day) and the activation rate on the Activation tab reflects monthly updates.
Here's a tip
Group filtering is not available for Activation Rate and Total activated seats graphs. You can see activated learners within timeframes (with the exception of Total seats) under Activated learners trending over time (the number of learners that have activated their organization-provided LinkedIn Learning license).
