But before diving into automation, make sure your manual testing fundamentals are solid—because even experienced SDETs can be asked manual testing questions in interviews. Take time to analyze market trends and understand what skills are in demand, whether it's for offshore or onsite roles. Prepare with a clear plan in mind.
