Professional Responsibility and AI Ethics. Ethical requirements for AI use in litigation, including FRCP 11(b) and 26(g), ABA Model Rules, and establishing AI policies. Issues of admissibility of e.g. AI document summaries, risk of hallucination etc, proposed FRE 707. 3. Information Governance and AI.
