Right now none of the major SIEMs, including Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, Chronicle or Elastic, provides a native connector for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Finance and HR audit trails never make it into SOC dashboards so teams end up writing ad hoc parsers and redoing them every time Oracle tweaks its format. The Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework (OCSF) offers a cleaner fix: one schema for every log, whether it comes from AWS Security Lake, Datadog, or an in-house pipeline. AI assisted tools such as FleakAI’s mapper now scan raw log lines and match them to OCSF in real time, trimming manual mapping by roughly 90 percent. Normalised events flow through Sentinel’s AMA route and ASIM parsers with no change to the SIEM. Once everything speaks the same language, correlation rules finally see SaaS, cloud, and on-premises events together. Auditors get schema docs by default, and when a vendor shuffles its CSV columns, the mapper adapts, so your engineers don’t have to. I’m piloting this now, and it looks like the quickest path from parsing to hunting. If Sentinel is on your roadmap and connectorless SaaS is piling up, keep an eye on OCSF and the AI mapping layer around it.
