    The Perspective-Based Architecture (PBA) method is

    ies, and field teams. The ultimate goal of the PBA
    method is to promote high-quality decision making,
    which is accomplished through three stages contain
    ing structured, focused questions. Step one is a series
    of questions capturing the perspective (what is your
    environment and where is it going?). Step two exam
    ines the impact of alternatives or existing proposals
    on the captured perspective (from step one). Step
    three examines the impact of the final proposal on
    the captured perspective (from step one). This simple
    structure works with all processes and methodologies,
    technologies, and documentation standards.

The book was sorely needed at the time because traditional n-tier models didn't have the systemic qualities needed for the system to be successful in a complex large scale internet based system. i was a co-author on a team to write, review and assisting the team getting this published. It was honor to be working such amazing and inspiring co-authors and leaders who truly wanted agencies to become more successful, responsible and stable with their large scale internet systems and platforms.

    Presented lessons learned from years of past missions and mobilizations from founding and leading Microsoft's Service Disaster Response (MSDR) program and encouraging refining national laws establishing consistency in laws and allowing for the private sector to freely donate to all government response agencies without violating any local and federal procurement and anti bribery laws. When a declaration of emergency is made by the appropriate authority, applicable procurement and anti-bribery laws should be paused for all government response agencies allowing the private sector to avoid the non-profit tax of using a nonprofit to help a gov response agency.
