Led a national recruiting project across twenty markets for leading food manufacturer Rich Products, which was restructuring its sales force in an entirely new way. This terrific team ended up filling all thirty-five roles on time (four months) and under budget. The trickiest part was being unable to share the client name with any candidates until they actually showed up at the scheduled interview. The confidentiality of the project was that critical. The team did an absolutely tremendous job…

The trickiest part was being unable to share the client name with any candidates until they actually showed up at the scheduled interview. The confidentiality of the project was that critical. The team did an absolutely tremendous job building rapport and maintaining trust with ~100 recruited candidates throughout a very demanding and at times, very fluid process. Honestly, this kept me up some nights due to the scale and complexity of the project. This team delivered.
