Leading a collaborative initiative with fellow project professionals to uncover how Generative AI can transform project management. We began by identifying practical, high-value use cases, then moved quickly into action—developing hands-on proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for selected scenarios using GenAI tools. This immersive, experimental approach not only delivered functional prototypes but also empowered the team with firsthand experience. We shared our journey and key takeaways through live webinars on ProjectManagement.com, aiming to inspire and educate others in the field. So far, we’ve identified more than ten use cases and have successfully built POCs for the following four:"
    1. Gen AI based project status reporting -
    2. Earned Value Management with Gen AI
    3. Enhancing risk management with Gen AI
    4. Leveraging AI to accelerate project charter design

The team is continuing to identify more use cases and develop POCs for them.

I also created a LinkedIn group for wider outreach - https://www.garudax.id/groups/16308039/

ACHIEVE is committed to create Post-Secondary Opportunities for Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in Southwest Missouri

ACHIEVE consists of a team of local parents and professionals who have joined forces to build support for a Transition and Postsecondary Program for Students with Intellectual Disabilities (TPSID) in the Springfield area.
Key outcomes from such program include:
    1) developing skills critical for locating/maintaining employment opportunities,
    2) inclusion with same-age peers,
    3) developing independent living skills and
    4) opportunities for participating in college classes.

The desired program would replicate the 240 programs successfully initiated across the U.S. since 2010.

Knowing that many Universities may be skeptical about the success of such a program, ACHIEVE has decided to raise $200,000 dollars as startup funds. Local universities will be educated about TPSID programs and given an opportunity to secure the startup funds by responding to an RFP.
