“Jeff worked very closely with his sales team as Markem-Imaje competed to win all the inkjet coder business, replacing the incumbent supplier, a competitor, at my factory in New Jersey. He was involved in the process from the beginning and our comfort in having a relationship at his level, as well as a hosted tour of the Northeast Regional Office including meeting his support team, was key to our decision. Jeff has remained involved and available to us post sale as full integration of the new equipment had its bumps. He worked at speed to resolve the issues, including attending meetings with Senior Management at the plant to communicate the course of action to be taken with committed deadlines which were met. I would personally welcome an opportunity to do future business with Jeff.”
