This project involved launching and optimizing a Google Ads campaign for a roofing company based in Miami, FL. Their primary goal was to increase qualified leads in a competitive local market where cost-per-clicks are typically high and competition for top ad placements is fierce. We developed tightly themed ad groups around high-intent, location-specific keywords like “roof repair Miami” and “emergency roofing Miami.” Custom landing pages were built with clear trust signals, strong CTAs, and a fast-loading mobile design. We also optimized for ad relevance and quality score by continually A/B testing headlines and descriptions, which improved CTR and lowered CPC over time. The impact was game-changing: ✅ CTR reached 4.65% ✅ Conversion rate hit 24.91% ✅ Cost per conversion was just $43.13 ✅ A total of 70 qualified leads were generated The client was very satisfied with the results and has since expanded their ad budget for ongoing campaigns.
