“I had the opportunity to work with Maggie on the design and development team in EdPlus at Arizona State University (ASU). I assisted her with finalizing and streamlining course content for the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science/ASU partnership as a graphic designer. Maggie is a fantastic person to work for. Her approach to strategizing and organizing complex projects makes it easy for her team to understand expectations and deliver quality final products in a timely manner. She excels at assessing individual strengths and encourages employees who want to push their boundaries and learn new skills to add to their toolkit. I always appreciated her guidance as a mentor and her technique for providing feedback on design projects. Her assessments were constructive and to the point and were delivered in a professional and supportive manner. Creating innovative course curriculum and managing transdisciplinary teams can be a challenge, but Maggie’s thoughtful, strategic approach creates an effective and collaborative work environment.”
