Vendini's Logistic Manager, formerly Dataflow, is software built to manage all aspects of a festival. We successfully did this in a short three months, rebuilding and designing all of the current feature set into a single page Javascript application with a Node JS backend. Another core part of the solution was to create real-time updated dashboards without requiring a page refresh. We achieved this goal by using Websockets to emit when homeruns are hit and Facebook's React JS to listen for updates and update compenents that display the dashboard within the customer's web browser.
