We do the opposite: ✨ Double down on quality. Most visitors are price sensitive, but a small group will always pay for premium — if you deliver. 🔑 Build a brand. Airbnb went from 85% of our bookings to just 65%. Owning access to your client matters. 💼 Become their concierge. We solve problems. We make things happen. Guests don’t forget that. 🌟 Protect our reputation at all costs. We’d rather take a short-term loss than get a bad review. That’s long-term thinking. Eventually, the market will correct.
