Global implementation of Jobvite supporting hiring in the U.S., U.K., and India.

Project leader to relaunch iCims ATS with Workday HCM. During Workday implementation, the decision was made to keep iCims as our primary ATS for direct hires and onboarding of new practice acquisitions. Documentation of iCims workflows to Workday was mapped and worked with technical consultants to ensure proper new hire data transitioned to Workday in order to complete hiring and onboarding processes.

• Led global implementation of TAPFIN as single owner off all technology based contingent labor spend in the US, Poland and India.
• Implemented a customized integration of Fieldglass and Employee Central, automating user ID creation for all contractor and SOW workers, resulting in the ability to track all contingent workers in Fieldglass and improve security by restricting access to internal systems.
