Nearly 100% of the code in the new platform I'm working on is written by agents. Not a POC or experiment. We've been doing this for five months and are rolling to production now. Short version of what I've learned: TDD goes from nice-to-have to non-negotiable. Line-by-line review of 30k lines a day puts you back at human velocity, so you need quality defense in depth — pit robots against robots. Grow engineering velocity without growing the security backlog. Build security into every commit so code ships safely, no matter whether it’s written by humans or AI.

Writing documentation is boring. Keeping documentation in sync with the code is even more boring. With C# we got XML comments that are in the code which makes it a lot easier to keep the docs in sync with the code. The problem? The XML comments are often only used for intellisense. The comments are sitting there, providing explanations and comments on API usage but they never make it to the documentation site. I wanted to make all of the effort that has gone into the XML comments available outside of the intellisense popups, so I created something. NuDoc.NET downloads NuGet packages on demand, extract the documentation and make it available. For example, checkout our Saml2 package: https://lnkd.in/dT9JdyHR What do you think?
