Elected by a majority of the owners to the volunteer position of vice president and later president, Legacy Towers HOA. Oversaw management the property and its $2.3 million annual operating budget for the 14-story, twin tower, 227-unit luxury condominium complex. Led the property to emerge from the 2007/2008 financial market collapse…Legacy Towers is the Gulf Coast’s most desirable gated, luxury condominium community overlooking the beautiful sugar-white Biloxi Beach in Gulfport, MS.
