SMB ops tip: The 15‑minute bottleneck audit If your team is living in copy/paste and “quick questions,” you’re paying an invisible tax every day. Pick one weekly workflow (invoicing, onboarding, reporting). List the steps, tools, and handoffs. The first place you see copy/paste or manual re-keying is usually your highest-ROI automation target.
