What is a "Tech-Enabled Aging Ecosystem"? It recognizes users (#olderadults, #caregivers), #products, #services, #aging and #community-based organizations, and #providers all need to be accounted for and included in the design and implementation of tech-enabled solutions to achieve success. Great discussion with my awesome co-panelists Leanne Clark-Shirley, Ph.D., FGSA, Todd Hoskins, and Joel Shapira. Key Takeaways * Single point solutions have not gained much traction in this market. Example: There are over 100 products that address some aspect of #fallprevention. We polled the audience and less than 10% knew an older adult using one of these products. *We need opportunities to collaborate across solutions. Aging is complex and we have different needs depending on where we are on our journey.
