“If you fail to plan, you’re planning to fail.” I’m betting Benjamin Franklin didn’t know he was writing the basics of a crisis communications plan, but he was right! 💡 I was so honored to speak at last week’s Together SC Summit with Ryal Curtis on how nonprofits can best prepare for a crisis before one hits. While working on a crisis is one of my favorite parts of my role at NP Strategy, I hope you and your organization never have to face one.
