The Staffing Sales Summit was a great learning experience for me. This was actually the first staffing sales training I’ve attended in my staffing career. Great job Dan Mori and all the speakers. I was happy to have asked the questions I did. The breakout room was on point. Then getting to participate in collaborate with those around me from all over the US and Canada pretty cool stuff. Mindset is everything. The biggest takeaway? A lot of teams are doing the activity calls, emails, outreach…but the real difference comes when you understand the math behind it. How many conversations lead to meetings. How many meetings lead to job orders. How those job orders turn into placements. When you understand that pipeline, sales becomes less about guessing and more about running a process. Grateful for the insights, the conversations with others in the industry, and the opportunity to keep learning.
