A decade of innovation: As I shared yesterday, Salesforce Health Cloud turns 10 and last week, Salesforce marked this milestone by introducing 6 new AI agents tailored for the healthcare industry. These tools aim to reduce administrative burnout and allow providers to focus on what matters most: the patient. It’s been an incredible 10-year journey for Health Cloud, and the shift toward autonomous agents marks a new chapter in personalized care.

Additionally, TAE Life Sciences is partnering with AlphaXRT to bring Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) to Australia and New Zealand and has signed a new distribution agreement with Transmedic Group, a medical distributor in Southeast Asia. #Deloitte’s recent piece on AI-powered legacy modernization really hit home for me. What resonated most was their three-step approach: #1) Rethink Processes – using generative AI and intelligent agents to improve workflows and reduce technical debt. #2) Reengineer the Digital Core – embedding AI into core systems for deeper operational transformation. #3) Reimagine Business Capabilities – moving toward agentic AI, where AI acts as an autonomous partner in decision-making and execution. In my work leading digital enablement and AI governance, I’ve seen how starting with quick wins (step 1) builds momentum for larger, risk-balanced moves into steps 2 and 3. The programs that succeed are the ones that tie AI use cases directly to ROI and strategic priorities. That said, there’s still a gap: integrating workforce planning into this modernization wave (skills, roles, governance) and treating AI as foundational, not just an add-on.
