The best sign your team is moving fast? When other engineers start pointing it out publicly (unprompted). This type of speed doesn’t come from top down mandates (you can't fake it). It comes from a culture where everyone feels real ownership and obsesses over the customer experience. Speed is the only real moat startups have. And once you lose it, it’s almost impossible to get it back. That’s why we’re constantly watching for early signs of drag and doing everything we can to protect velocity. For us, that starts with who we hire. We’ve taken our time building the team, and set a very high bar for who we bring on. It's also a reason why 50% of our engineering team are former founders, who naturally bring that mindset to everything they do. That compounds week over week. And before you know it, people outside the company start noticing too.

Kernel aims to support every protocol that an AI agent needs to do its work. Today we’re introducing support for WebDriver BiDi, a W3C open protocol that allows agents to access and navigate websites. BiDi enables first-class support for Vibium, a new browser agent framework from the creator of Selenium. We’ve partnered with the Vibium team to build a native integration with Kernel browsers, which you can try on our platform today. We'll continue enhancing our platform to provide bleeding edge support for AI agents to access the internet. Give Vibium x Kernel a try and let us know how it goes!

Spotify’s use of AI to automate large-scale engineering work highlights how agentic tools are already reshaping how enterprise software is built, maintained, and deployed. When you pair that with OpenAI saying GPT-5.3-Codex was instrumental in creating itself, it really drives home how fast this space is moving.

Solace Health just raised $130M in Series C funding, reaching a $1B valuation. Founded by Jeremy Gurewitz 👨💼 after his family struggled to navigate his mother’s cancer care, the company connects Medicare patients with trained healthcare advocates who help coordinate care, manage insurance appeals, attend appointments, reduce medical bills, and handle the complexity most patients are left to figure out alone. Solace now supports 20,000+ patients per month, with 98% reporting better outcomes. Most patients don’t pay out of pocket. The new funding will expand its national advocate network and deepen partnerships with payers and providers to embed advocacy earlier in the care journey. The broader shift is clear: patient advocacy is moving from a “nice-to-have” service to a core layer of healthcare infrastructure. https://lnkd.in/dJVZ3n_t
