I’ve now been through three reorgs that did nothing for revenue. New org charts. New titles. New reporting lines. Same leaky funnel. Same slow deals. Same “that’s just how we do it.” Why are businesses obsessed with reorganizing people but rarely willing to rebuild their dinosaur revenue processes? If your revenue engine is still: • Running on manual handoffs between sales, marketing, and ops • Buried in disconnected CRMs, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge • Forecasting off vibes instead of real data …then moving boxes on a slide isn’t going to fix flat or declining revenue. Reorgs don’t automatically create pipeline, conversion, or retention. Reorgs without revenue process redesign are just expensive musical chairs with a quota attached. If companies put half the energy into mapping, measuring, and modernizing their revenue processes as they do into reorg decks, they’d see: • Cleaner funnels • Faster sales cycles • More predictable revenue Not just new titles for the same old problems.

🚀 Salesforce just delivered Internal Revenue Service one of the fastest modernizations in federal history — and the metrics are jaw-dropping: ✅ Fastest IRS Salesforce application went live in just 10 weeks. ✅ IRS is actively decommissioning 42-year-old systems, with the major eCITE legacy platforms retiring by March 2026. ✅ This marks the first time in nearly 50 years that the IRS has been able to retire a significant legacy system. For U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs , the implications are enormous. IRS is modernizing with FedRAMP® High Salesforce Government Cloud Plus (which now includes Agentforce Agentic AI). nerdii, JobAI, all these new tools that search for jobs for you, rewrite your resume to match the job description, and apply on your behalf are part of the problem with today's job market. Just stop using them. Or don't start if you're newly unemployed. Putting in the time to intentionally search for a company you want to work for, might not be worth it either, because the job market is really broken right now.

Many Oracle EBS users face a common problem: file attachments stored as BLOBs within the database. This practice, once standard, is now a significant strain, leading to expensive database resources being consumed, high maintenance costs, and poor performance. Oracle EBS simply wasn't designed for this. Our latest case study highlights a global steel producer who successfully tackled this issue head-on with the AventX A2A Attachment Migration solution. By automatically migrating hundreds of thousands of attachments out of their Oracle database to external storage like SharePoint Online, they achieved massive reductions: a 99.74% decrease in database space used and a 98.58% decrease in the total number of files stored directly in the database! They freed up over 570 GB of BLOB storage. This wasn't just about reclaiming space; it also resulted in improved Oracle EBS system performance and an enhanced user experience for accessing files.
