Hot take: Speed of ERP implementation delivery is one of the most underserved priorities in the software consulting industry. Take this scenario: A private equity firm acquires a tech company. Post-acquisition, one of the first moves is to modernize systems — often with an ERP (AI-first ERPs more commonly as of recent). But switching ERPs creates split focus and temporary inefficiencies as teams adapt. Every extra week spent implementing (instead of adopting) costs real dollars and delays value creation. That’s why at Echo Park Consulting, we’re building tools and processes designed to make AI-first ERP implementations faster, more efficient, and even enjoyable.
