I’ve spent my career inside the rooms where big decisions are made and where leadership either accelerates growth or stalls it.

At Salesforce, I served as Chief Business Officer, Chief of staff to the CEO, alongside being the CEO of the Salesforce Foundation. These roles gave me a front-row seat to the realities of executive leadership: how trust is built, where alignment breaks down, and what it takes to lead through complexity at scale.

Today, through Framework, I advise founders, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth, high-stakes decisions, and moments of inflection.
