A CFO I’m working with built a simple Copilot Agent to rehearse earnings Q&A. What was involved? - Loaded prior analyst questions and transcripts - Practiced by voice, live-fire style - Got instant scoring on clarity, tone, and completeness - Iterated until responses felt crisp The result was less cram and more confidence. And a bit of swagger on his own AI usage. :) As a follow-up, he conducted a deep research in ChatGPT on the analysts, and fine tuned his Copilot Agent for the next quarter.

Yesterday, my son gave me the perfect example of why SEO is dead. He Googled: “how NHL goalies do an RVH.” AI Overview served it up, a clean, narrative answer. No clicks. No blogs. Just the answer. Laptop shut. But 20 minutes later, he searched: “best goalie schools that teach a proper RVH.” He clicked three school pages. Then asked if I could enroll him in one. I’m starting to see this more and more: People aren’t browsing for information anymore. They only click when they’re ready to buy. The reality: • How-tos? Zero clicks. • Guides and lists? Zero clicks. • Product and company pages? Still getting traffic. Google isn’t a search engine anymore. It’s an answer engine.
