I cannot speak more highly of the new Technical Scrum Master micro-credentials from Dave Westgarth and team. https://lnkd.in/eKpkGEmG As an Agile coach moving back into the engineering space, I can see how useful this would be for a Scrum Master working with a technical team. It doesn't change the stances applied by an SM (coaching, unblocking, facilitating etc), but gives the SM a much deeper appreciation of the team's work. This blew me away ... "When the staging environment is unavailable and the sprint goal depends on it, that is not a platform team problem. It is a delivery problem.". Many teams I work with feel helpless when an environment is down. To appreciate it is truly within their control is gamechanging. "Your job is not to become a cloud engineer. It is to understand the terrain well enough to spot where delivery risks live before they become sprint blockers."
