I'm very proud of the progress our team has made. We started with a focused effort to prove the value of digital labor with our Recruiting Agent and lead management with Teddy, our SDR Agent - both built on Agentforce. We now have 90+ digital workers across 10 functional areas at Asymbl. This is a $5m positive direct impact to our bottom line in 2025 🦾 💰 And we are just getting started. We are forecasting that a minimum of 30% of our company-wide productivity will come digital workers in 2026. Salesforce, #Agentforce, and Slack are a core part of how we made this reality. How I stop the $25M boardroom deepfake... For most organizations, the wake-up call doesn’t come from theory… it comes after a bad outcome—like a $25 million wire transfer authorized by a deepfaked CFO. We are officially operating in the era of the "Liar’s Dividend". Deepfake-as-a-Service tools now allow criminals with zero technical skills to clone an executive's voice in under five seconds. By 2026, 85% of organizations have experienced a deepfake attack, yet human detection for high-quality synthetic video remains a dismal 24.5%. If you are relying on "visual recognition" for high-stakes decisions, you are fragile behind the scenes. The legal landscape is shifting rapidly. Courts are moving toward holding institutions responsible for protecting customers and employees from third-party deepfake fraud, citing a superior duty to implement identity verification controls. Even circulating a deepfake of a colleague as a "joke" is now classified under EEOC Enforcement Guidance as workplace harassment, potentially triggering $4 million+ jury verdicts. After 15 years in the rev tech space and 5,000+ conversations with CROs, VPs of Sales, and Enablement leaders, here's my take on the FUTURE of revenue enablement in light of AI. A few weeks ago, I talked to the CRO of a ~1,000 person SaaS business. Here's what I asked him: “What’s the biggest change you’ve made in your first few months?” His answer was not: • Changing territories or quotas • Rolling out a methodology • Upgrading messaging It was this: "I cut my enablement team from 17 people down to 4.” Think about that. His first major decision as CRO wasn’t about growth mechanics. It was about cost justification. They were dead-set on getting to the Rule of 40 as a business. The enablement team could not show credible revenue impact. So, they're out. I saw that pattern show up all of 2025 and see it steepening in 2026: Revenue enablement is dying – unless it evolves into "revenue risk management." Most execs see enablement teams as: • A cost center • A content factory And most critically, one that cannot attribute its work to revenue outcomes A decade+ ago CMOs everywhere became obsessed with revenue attribution. They went from squishy execs to having a true seat at the table. If enablement leaders want the same ascension, they must do the same. Death to Vanity Enablement.
