    Opening a new Hitcents Branch office in Shanghai China in the Huangpu District. Hitcents will establish a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in China and will focus on culturalizing mobile games/apps for the ever growing mobile market in China. The plan is to build a local development team in China with liked minded individuals to work in tandem with the US dev team during the development process. Staff will include game programmers, designers, and animators.
