We reviewed our latest wireframes for our R&D platform today, and the biggest takeaway had nothing to do with software. It was empathy. 🔵 Most of our clients are brilliant operators, but they’re not tax experts and they’re not product designers. 🔵 They don’t know our definitions, acronyms, or sequence of steps. The good news is that our job is simple: - remove friction, - speak plainly, and - guide people like we would want to be guided from the dark. Empathy is a competitive advantage. Especially in tax. That’s why we’re building a proprietary platform to claim R&D tax credits in a variety of fields. Wine, CPG, engineering and many more in addition standard software dev projects. In the quest for scaling, I've realized something crucial. Relying on single-agent automations can be like trying to sprint with a weight vest on. Sure, it gets you moving, but the drag is palpable. The moment you embrace multi-agent workflows, everything changes. Instead of isolated tasks, these agents collaborate. They create a mesh of efficiency, weaving together processes that are more than the sum of their parts. Suddenly, what was complex becomes seamless. Most founders stick to what they know, chasing efficiency in silos. But growth? It lives in these collaborative workflows. It's a game-changer. The future belongs to those who can harness this synergy without getting tangled in scale-related messes.

I used monday.com for years. CRMs. Project boards. Automations everywhere. We pushed it hard. And it worked. Until we started needing things that didn’t quite fit. That’s when I realized something. We weren’t building systems. We were building around limitations. Every new client request meant more configuration. More fields. More logic. More “almost right.” And the real problem wasn’t features. It was speed. To get something exactly right inside a rigid tool takes time. You have to understand how the client works, then translate that into someone else’s structure. Weeks pass. Momentum drops. The client starts getting impatient. When I switched to building in Lovable, delivery got dramatically faster. Instead of asking how to force the platform to do something, we just built what the client actually wanted. Prototype in days. Feedback is immediate. Adoption is easier. Speed keeps energy high. Slow projects kill excitement.
