YAY! 3rd year in a row! At PPD Search, we know that candidate experience relates to finding, hiring and retaining talent. The on-boarding process takes place immediately following us briefing candidates on opportunities. The statistics around poor candidate experience would make you cringe. Did you know that 56% of candidates would discourage others from applying due to a bad recruiting experience?
