Utilizing AI to support teachers in enhancing instruction and increase student engagement while also saving teachers hundreds of hours of planning should be done in all school districts. Every industry utilizes the benefits of AI and it is time that education does the same. Teachers spend a tremendous amount of time gathering content and aligning that content to specific learning standards to help students become proficient in those state learning standards while also engaging them in interesting activities that include real world application. I cannot tell you how impressed we are by this AI platform that we are using in our school district called ForEDU. Here are 10 examples of the lesson hook tool that is in this amazing platform. For years, the field of education has tried to address teacher pipeline issues by attending to the front of the pipeline. And for years - as we have recruited, prepared and places thousands of new talented, passionate teachers - we have all too often neglected the leaks further down the pipeline. I'm stating the obvious here - but teaching is really hard. And new teachers are commonly asked to do the job without the comprehensive, practical support they need to be effective from day one, to develop, and to sustain themselves. So many of them leave. That's why we're so excited to partner with Teaching and Learning Alliance to expand our model of targeted early career teacher support across eastern Massachusetts. We hope you'll join us.

Grateful to Carolyn Stefanco, PhD and the AIEA - Association of International Education Administrators for bringing together such a thoughtful and globally engaged community of higher education leaders. Conversations like these are a powerful reminder that the future of research, education, and innovation is inherently international.
