The Empire State is continuing to prove why it’s one of the most competitive and interesting casino markets in the US. 🗽 September’s $57.6 million in revenue shows a steady growth for the state’s commercial casinos (a 3.1% rise year-on-year). Still, some could say that the real story is unfolding in New York City, where four casino contenders remain in the running for just three casino licenses that the state could award by the end of the year. These licenses could redefine New York’s entire casino gaming industry. A single New York City gambling venue could generate more in a month than some other casinos see all year! 🎰 That’s why this casino license race isn’t just about who wins the bids, but it’s also about how NYC integrates regulated gaming into its entertainment and tourism landscape.
