Add Talent Insights users by using their email address

As a user and license management admin, you can assign available LinkedIn Talent Insights licenses to other members of your company in the LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management. However, you can only assign a license to a member using an email address associated with their personal LinkedIn profile or account. If you assign a license to the same member using multiple email addresses, they’ll get an error message while activating their Talent Insights license.

To ensure that the member is not already added using a different email address, you can review the list of account users in the LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management in the Users tab. If you’ve added the same user with multiple email addresses, access LinkedIn Admin Center and remove the extra license that you’ve assigned.
