This feature allows admins to view each account user’s Talent Insights profile. Please note, this is not their LinkedIn profile, but a specialized Talent Insights account profile.
From a user’s Talent Insights profile, an admin can:

View and manage the user’s licenses

View and manage the user’s account permissions

View and manage the user’s groups assignments
-
Email the user
-
View the user’s employee information
-
View the user’s LinkedIn profile
To view a user’s Talent Insights profile:

Navigate to the Talent Insights LinkedIn Admin Center.

Search by the user’s name, email, or title in the search bar in the upper right of the account users list on the Users tab.

Select the person’s name from the search bar dropdown to go to their Talent Insights profile.
Here's a tip
You can also view a user’s profile by clicking their name in the account users list on the Users tab or by clicking the More icon to the right of their name and selecting View/edit profile from the dropdown.
