In Sales Navigator, you can use Message Assist to draft unique, personalized messages to potential leads with AI assistance. Message Assist drafts first touch InMail messages by using account insights, lead data, and the unique selling points of a product or service. Message Assist helps you adopt InMail best practices and connect with more decision makers with the right message in less time.
To use Message Assist to draft a message:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Messaging in the top menu. You can also click Message from a lead’s profile or anywhere you see a Message button for the lead.

Click New Message.

Enter the name of the person you’d like to message.

Click draft with AI. Message Assist is only available for leads you haven’t messaged before. If you don’t see draft with AI, your admin may have turned off Message Assist or this feature may not be available to you.

If you haven’t set up product or service personalization yet, you’ll need to click Get started and select or add the product or service that you sell.

Optional: Select the product or service that you sell from the I sell dropdown menu on the right pane. Your message draft will be customized to show how your product or service fits the needs of the lead you’re messaging.

To add or edit a product or service, click the I sell dropdown menu and select Manage products. -
Optional: Click a conversation topic prompt on the right pane. When you click each suggestion for a conversation, Message Assist generates different drafts to match the topic. If you only see one suggested conversation option, there isn’t enough data about the lead’s organization to show additional prompts.

Review and edit the draft.

Click Send.
