Access CRM Embedded Experiences

CRM Embedded Experiences enable sellers to leverage more accurate data and insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, develop key buyer relationships, and uncover hidden allies and timely intel for effective outreach—all without leaving their CRM.

The following table shows which CRM Embedded Experiences features are available for each CRM.

Access CRM Embedded Experiences on Salesforce

To access CRM Embedded Experiences:

  • You must be using Sales Navigator Advanced Plus to access the CRM Embedded Experiences features. 
  • Your CRM admin must install the app package version 3.47 or higher.  
  • Sales Navigator admins must enable CRM settings for this feature to work. 
  • After the app package is installed, you will need to sign in to LinkedIn Sales Navigator to access Embedded Experiences. 
Salesforce Embedded Experiences

Access CRM Embedded Experiences on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

To access CRM Embedded Experiences:

  • You must be using Sales Navigator Advanced Plus to access the CRM Embedded Experiences features. 
  • Sales Navigator admins must enable CRM settings for this feature to work. 
  • If your admin has set up the Sales Navigator app, you will see the Embedded Experiences. You might be prompted to sign into your Sales Navigator account through the app.

Access CRM Embedded Experiences on HubSpot

To access CRM Embedded Experiences:

  • You must be using Sales Navigator Advanced Plus to access the CRM Embedded Experiences features. 
  • Sales Navigator admins must enable CRM settings for this feature to work.
  • You must be on HubSpot Pro or Enterprise edition.
  • You must ensure you have installed the Sales Navigator app for HubSpot. If you haven’t done so, please download here. You may be prompted to sign into your Sales Navigator account through the app as well.

Access CRM Embedded Experiences on Oracle Sales

To access CRM Embedded Experiences:

  • You must be using Sales Navigator Advanced Plus to access the CRM Embedded Experiences features. 
  • Sales Navigator admins must enable CRM settings for this feature to work.
  • You’re using Oracle Sales.
  • You have signed into your Sales Navigator account to enable Embedded Profiles. Learn more.

Important to know

Embedded Profiles and Embedded Experiences are automatically installed as part of the CRM Sync installation process for Oracle Sales. Learn more.
