Sort lead lists in Sales Navigator

Lists can help you manage your leads in Sales Navigator. You can sort and manage large lists by organizing your leads by date added, account, name, and your outreach activity.

To sort a lead list:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Leads from the top navigation bar.

  3. In the Leads list tab, click the name of the lead list that you want to sort.

  4. Click the Sort by: dropdown menu in the upper-right corner and select an option to sort the leads:

    • Date added
    • Account
    • Name
    • Outreach activity

    Here's a tip

    The Outreach Activity column gives insight into activities between you and your leads from the past year, including connection requests sent and accepted (past six months), InMails and messages sent and their corresponding responses, and Smart Links opens. If there are more than 250 leads on your list, then you can’t sort by Outreach Activity.

  5. Click the column header to sort the entire lead list and not just the page you’re currently viewing.
