Last updated: 3 weeks ago

Saving a lead or account search in Sales Navigator allows you to save your search criteria, including keyword strings and filter refinements. Saved searches can help you:

  • Get notified about new matching leads and accounts - You'll receive weekly emails and alerts on your Sales Navigator homepage when new people or companies match your search criteria.
  • Save time - Run the saved search again at any time.
  • Collaborate with teammates - You can choose to share saved searches with your colleagues.

To save a search in Sales Navigator:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Lead filters or Account filters at the top of the homepage. You can also enter specific lead or account names or a phrase in the search bar and press Enter.

  3. Refine your search by adding or removing filters. The search results are updated in real time as you adjust your criteria.

  4. When you’re ready to save your results, turn on the Save search to get notified of new results toggle near the top of the search filters pane on the left.
