Manage your AI-Assisted Messages auto-draft settings

Turn AI‑Assisted Messages auto‑draft on or off. This setting is visible only if your admin enabled it at the contract level; if it’s off, you won’t see this setting.

Manage settings

As a recruiter, you can manage your auto-draft settings for AI-Assisted Messages (1:1, bulk, and touch-ups) when the company contract-level setting is on.

To enable or disable AI-assisted message auto drafting for all messages (1:1, bulk, and touch-ups) at the account license level:

  1. Move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

  2. Click AI preferences under Account settings on the left pane.

  3. Next to Enable AI message auto-draft, click Edit.

  4. Select On or Off, then click Save.

  5. Next to Enable AI bulk message auto-draft, click Edit.

  6. Select On or Off, then click Save.

  7. Next to Enable AI Touch up auto-draft for 1:1 messages, click Edit.

  8. Select On or Off, then click Save.
