As a LinkedIn Recruiter user with a Hiring Assistant license, you can share one or more candidates with a hiring manager for review and feedback in Microsoft Teams.
Once the hiring manager completes their feedback, Hiring Assistant tracks and updates hiring requirements in Recruiter automatically.
We recommend sharing a single candidate’s profile with the hiring manager to help calibrate Hiring Assistant for your project. This gives the hiring manager the opportunity to provide direct feedback to help drive improvements to your project.
The first time you share a profile, Hiring Assistant will use the feedback the hiring manager provides to further improve your hiring requirements. You can approve or reject Hiring Assistant’s suggestions for your project. Once you send enough profiles to complete the calibration, you can share up to 25 candidates for feedback with up to 10 reviewers at a time, facilitating a more tailored hiring approach.
