As a job wrapping customer, you can use the My Jobs filter to more easily claim and rediscover your Jobs projects.
On the Jobs home page, navigate to the Promoted tab and check the My Jobs box to view all jobs where you are the Hiring Project owner and/or the job poster.

How do I get my jobs to appear in the My Jobs tab?
Jobs will appear in your My jobs tab if:
- You add your user tag to the job description in your ATS
- You select the Add to my jobs option on an eligible backfilled job
- You manually assign yourself as the job poster and/or job project owner
- Your organization’s promotion rules automatically assign the job to you
Why can’t I find my job in the My jobs view?
- Confirm job: If one of the above scenarios is true, but you do not see your job, first ensure the job was successfully posted to LinkedIn.
- Invalid job: If you’re unable to find your job in either the basic or promoted tab, your job may need attention before it can be successfully posted. See the Related tasks section below for information on invalid jobs.
- Job is not yet posted:
- Check that the jobs missing are definitely posted to your public-facing web page or job source and that they’re publicly accessible.
- Confirm the exact time you posted your job live. Our system refreshes your posted jobs multiple times per day. Please wait a few hours for the next refresh. No action is required.
- Verify the job location on your job source. If it's ambiguous (e.g., home office, United States, North East region, Nationwide) or doesn't contain a city and country, it will not be copied. If the location is missing, update your job content. As our system refreshes multiple times a day, your job will become visible.
- Job is no longer promoted: As Add to my jobs does not affect job promotion, your job may have been rotated out of its promoted job slot if other jobs have taken priority. Navigate to the Basic or Hidden jobs tab and search for your job there.
How can I disable the My Jobs view and Add to My jobs setting?
An administrator can disable this functionality for the entire contract in the Job Posting tab within Product Settings.
