The Recommended Matches feature brings LinkedIn Recruiter's automated sourcing capabilities to your Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system via the CRM Connect integration.

With Recommended Matches, you can:
- Source the best candidates for a CRM talent pipeline.
- Use InMail to reach out to candidates that you think are a good fit, and add them to your CRM talent pipeline without leaving your CRM.
- Get better matches over time as the algorithm learns from your selections.
- View candidates whose skills match those required for your CRM talent pipelines. Your CRM must sync skills with your CRM talent pipelines in order to power skills-based Recommended Matches.
When you open a talent pipeline in your integrated CRM system, LinkedIn will automatically recommend candidates who best match that pipeline. You can message these candidates via InMail or save them to a pipeline as a prospect all within the CRM. All results are displayed via a LinkedIn framed widget that is similar to the CRM Connect Profile Widget.
The enhanced Recommended Matches widget now provides more accurate candidate suggestions based on updated job titles, locations, and skills, ensuring you receive the most relevant matches even after making changes to your CRM talent pipelines.
Recommended Matches recommends candidates based on the following signals:
- Job titles and locations
- Your real-time hiring signals, such as who you save or InMail via the Recommended Matches widget
- Skills attached to the CRM talent pipeline

- 1-Click Export candidates' stub profile information into your CRM
- Send an InMail to a candidate with a prompt to share their contact information
