Organizations with one or more affiliate companies that want to facilitate internal mobility across the entire organization can enable internal mobility settings in LinkedIn Recruiter so employees can view all jobs in LinkedIn Learning. When you enable internal mobility settings in Recruiter, jobs from your affiliate companies flow into your enterprise’s learning instance to encourage internal job discovery among employees. This setting is managed in Recruiter, and can be accessed by a Recruiter admin at any organization who has purchased both LinkedIn Learning Hub and Recruiter.
LinkedIn uses an internal API as a source of truth to verify all company affiliations. This list can be modified via a manual approval process by your account team or Support. Contact your account team or file a support request to modify this list for your organization. Once a request is submitted, the update will take about one month to go into effect.
Before you begin:
- Ensure your affiliate organizations are properly defined.
- Ensure the Interested Internal Candidates feature is enabled by your LinkedIn Learning admin within your LinkedIn Learning instance.
- Ensure the Jobs in Hub feature is enabled by your LinkedIn Learning admin within your LinkedIn Learning instance.
To enable internal mobility for cross-affiliate candidate viewing in Recruiter:

Move your cursor over your profile picture on the Recruiter homepage and select Product settings.

Click Manage companies on the left rail.

Click Edit next to Affiliate companies for Recruiter Search to edit the experience for internal candidate viewing.

Select affiliate companies to display their employees as internal candidates in Recruiter search for your contract, and click Save.

Click Edit next to Affiliate companies for Internal Jobs to edit the experience for internal job discovery.

Select affiliate companies to display their public open roles alongside your company, and click Save.
When you search in Recruiter, you can click the Interested Candidates spotlight at the top of the page to filter for employees who have signaled their interest in internal roles from within LinkedIn Learning, the Jobs homepage on linkedin.com, or their linkedin.com profile.
To enable internal mobility for cross-affiliate job discovery in LinkedIn Learning:

Move your cursor over your profile picture on the Recruiter homepage and select Product settings.

Click Edit next to Affiliate companies for Internal Jobs to edit the experience for internal job discovery.

Select affiliate companies to display their public open roles alongside your company in LinkedIn Learning, and click Save.
Job discovery will update in LinkedIn Learning across the jobs recommendation carousel and all jobs at your company.
