Manage your saved reports in Recruiter

Who can use this feature?

Saved reports are available to any licensed Recruiter user with access to reporting.

You can edit, download, and delete your saved reports from the View all saved reports page in LinkedIn Recruiter.

The View all saved reports page includes the following column names and descriptions:

  • Report Name: Name of report given when saved. 

  • Updated On: The last time an update was made and saved to the report. 

  • Report type: The report type in which these filters are saved.

To manage your saved reports:

  1. Sign in to Recruiter.

  2. Click View all saved reports

To filter your saved reports by Report type:

  1. Click the Dropdown icon next to the Report type column header.

  2. Select a report type from the dropdown. 

To edit a saved report name:

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the report.

  2. Modify your report name.

  3. Click Save.

To download and export a saved report:

  1. Click the Download icon next to the report. 

    Here's a tip

    Download is only available for reports that have exported capabilities.

To delete a saved report:

  1. Click the Delete icon next to the report.

  2. Click Yes to confirm. 

    Here's a tip

    You cannot restore a report after it has been deleted.
