Create a saved report in Recruiter

Who can use this feature?

Saved reports are available to any licensed Recruiter user with access to reporting.

After you’ve selected all the appropriate filters for your report in LinkedIn Recruiter, you can save them to run the same report on a recurring basis. Each user can save up to 25 reports at a given time.

To save a report:

  1. Click Save Report.

  2. Enter a unique name for your Report name.

  3. Click Save

To save changes to an existing report:

  1. Update the report filters, as desired.

  2. Click Save Changes.

To save a report as new:

  1. Update the report filters, as desired.

  2. Click Save as new report.

  3. Enter a unique name for your Report name.

  4. Click Save.

Each user can have 25 saved reports at one time. If you’ve reached your limit of saved reports, you’ll need to delete a saved report before you can save more.
