When a license is reassigned in LinkedIn Recruiter, some Job Wrapping settings customizations are also reassigned. Supported license types include:

Important: If you reassign a license to a new user, any customizations that user may have on different contract won’t be reassigned. Customizations are contract-specific and won't transfer to other contracts.
The following customizations will be reassigned to the new seat holder:

All jobs posted through rules by the previous seat holder through will remain posted and all rules previously created will be transferred.

Blocked jobs and exclusion rules will be transferred.

The Show profile and Apply on LinkedIn seat settings will be enabled for the new seat holder if the initial seat holder had these enabled.

Job slot allocation will be conserved by adding up the allocations of all seats.
- For example, if Seat A has 10 slots and gets reassigned to Seat B which has 20 slots, Seat B will end up with 30 total job slots.
The following customizations won’t be reassigned to the new seat holder:

Pinned and tagged jobs from the previous seat holder will be closed.

Personal tags from the previous seat holder won’t get reassigned.
