When you view a candidate profile in LinkedIn Recruiter that member will receive a notification that an anonymous recruiter has viewed their profile.
The sent notification to the LinkedIn member won't show the Recruiter user's name or other identifying info. It will just let the member know that a recruiter has viewed their profile.
