You may see the following message if there's an issue preventing the system from completing an action, "There was an unexpected problem that prevented us from completing your request."
If you receive the same message after trying the same action several times, try the following troubleshooting solutions:

Move your cursor over your profile photo in the upper right corner of the Recruiter homepage and select Sign Out, then sign in again.

Try a different browser. For example, if you use Internet Explorer, access LinkedIn using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If you don't have the latest browser version, download the most current update.

Clear cache and cookies from your current browser.
